Lift Repair/ Modernisation Supervisor
Based: Bournemouth
Salary: Up to £53K, plus 25 days plus bank holidays, Pension and Expenses Paid, Company Car/allowance, Healthcare
Are You a Lift Repair Supervisor or Lift Repair Engineer looking for a step into management in the lift industry?

We are a well-known and established Lift Service Repair and Modernisation company with offices nationwide across the UK. Due to our ever-growing Lift portfolio, we are looking for a Lift Repairs/ Modernisation Supervisor in the South West area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of employed and subcontract engineers.
- Ensuring the efficient and timely completion of Repairs
- Experience within Repairs and refurbishment works
- Liaising with engineers to book in repairs.
- Managing team budgets and growth of the department
- Ensure accuracy with documentation of parts and labour hours
- Compliance of all company including ISO, Health and safety policies
- Successful completion of training courses as required.
Key requirements:
- Previous experience within Lift Repairs/refurbishments
- Excellent communications skills
- Proficient with IT Systems
- Self-motivated, reliable and organised
- Able to work in an office environment
- Full UK Driving Licence required
- DBS check will be required
