We have a fantastic repeat client relocating to Highgate from the US, looking for a warm, patient, affectionate and engaging nanny for their 2 year old son!
The family have 2 children, one newborn girl, and a 2 year old boy. The family have already employed a nanny through our agency for the baby girl, so this role only requires the nanny to look after the boy! Their existing nanny is very happy working for the family in the US, and will continue caring for the baby girl full time once back in London. The little boy is having a lot of therapy as he has had major speech delays and could potentially be on the autistic spectrum, but is yet to receive a diagnosis. He understands everything but his verbal communication and expressing himself can be a challenge. The ideal nanny would be fun and active but calm and patient - he responds very well to this type of personality! The nanny should be capable of following and implementing the experts' advice and guidelines, whilst also making suggestions such as different types of play therapy. Other important responsibilities would be staying on top of his potty training, coordinating his schedule and planning fun activities to do with him in this lovely leafy area of North London.
