Seeking a skilled Service Manager to lead and develop our team of technicians of approx. 21 staff based in Hastings

An opportunity has become available for a customer focussed and passionate Service Manager to join our team at the Hastings Branch and continue contributing to the success of AB Equipment and our customers.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Natural leader with experience managing personnel & efficient workflows
• Mechanical aptitude and an eye for detail
• Has some experience in the Industry
• Is highly organised with a track record of achievement
• Has a professional and customer focussed attitude
• Drives a high-performance safety culture

Your key areas of responsibility will be:

• Customer Service and Administration
• Staff management and labour efficiency
• Monitoring quality of work and safety standards
• Development and training of service personnel
• Market development
• Budget management and profit targets
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety polices and all legal requirements are being maintained
