Napier Turbocharger, a Wabtec Company, is looking for a skilled Commercial Administrator to join our dynamic team. We design, manufacture and test industrial turbochargers for the power generation, marine, and rail traction industries.

Role: Commercial Administrator

Location: Location: LN5 7FD, Lincoln

Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 16:15pm and 08:00am to 15:45pm on Friday

Contract type: Permanent, Full-Time

What you will be doing…

• Working with drive and initiative with a customer-focused approach you will be part of a dynamic sales team to help deliver business growth in a fast-moving sales environment.
• As part of the commercial department which includes spare parts and new turbocharger offerings you will liaise with internal and external customers on a daily basis to ensure the completion of critical business processes to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue targets are met.
• Daily tasks involve determining customer requirements and then processing quotations and sales orders.

Are you an individual with the following?

• Business Administration NVQ or equivalent is desirable
• Experience working within an office environment preferably in a customer fronting role.
• Ability to prioritise workloads whilst working accurately and to tight deadlines
• Ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships, both internally and externally
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
