Here’s what you’ll be doing
We are looking for a passionate and experienced MYP & DP educator to join our team in the role of Manager, Learning and Engagement. In this role, you will spearhead the design and creation of high quality, meaningful content and professional development events. You’ll play a pivotal role in determining how we engage our global community of MYP & DP educators and school leaders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support with the execution of a content strategy to get MYP & DP educators to engage with content on Toddle Learn (learn.toddleapp.com) through blogs, videos, and more.
- Support with the conceptualisation and execution of events and webinars to engage our global community, which includes teachers, school leaders and educational experts from all around the world.
- Coordinate and conduct quality audits with Toddle contributors and curriculum consultants to ensure that we continue to create high-quality resources and release them in a timely manner.
- Collaborate across verticals (design, marketing, product, social media, tech, finance etc.) within Toddle to ensure that timelines for content roadmaps are adhered to, and distribution is carried out effectively.
- Lead research efforts to understand the needs and challenges of MYP & DP educators and school leaders across different geographies by conducting surveys, focus group discussions, and interviews.
- Research and find high-quality speakers / contributors for our events and resources.
- Engage with MYP & DP educators across social media and digital channels to build up our credibility as a teacher-first company, and for greater organic outreach and promotion.
- Establish and track quality metrics of engagement on Toddle Learn via Hubspot; researching and experimenting with ideas to maximise engagement of Toddle users.
- Occasionally coordinate with freelance contributors and curriculum consultants to ensure that we continue to create high-quality resources.
- Work often with Figma and WordPress to launch new resources and events.

- 5+ years of experience as an MYP & DP educator, as a teacher or a curriculum coordinator
- Ability to think of the big picture as well as pay attention to the small details
- A mindset for using user-research to design strategies for community engagement
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to give direct, empathetic feedback
