(£41,595) - 28 bed
36 hours per week

We are looking for an exceptional Deputy Manager to join a luxury Nursing home located in the west of Yorkshire. This small Nursing home is owned by a leading Nursing home provider with a fantastic reputation across the UK. The home caters for the elderly alongside a variety of specialist care categories & has a great connection with the local community.
Skills and Experience for the role of Deputy Manager:
• RGN / RMN with valid NMC PIN
• Experience in a Deputy Manager position within a Nursing Home environment.
• Excellent clinical skills & knowledge
• Exceptional people management, communication skills & a passion for care
The role of Deputy Manager:
• You will be involved in continuous assessments to plan and evaluate the needs of the residents, at the same time as coaching your team members and role modelling best practice.
• Your day will be varied, including; recruitment, ensuring safe staffing levels, making sure your Home meets legislative and regulatory requirements and undertaking ongoing care assessments.
• You will work a mix of clinical & supernumerary shifts across the week (12 hours supernumerary and 24 hours nursing shifts).
