Data officers for Capita migration

Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and efficient Data Officer to join our team. As a Data Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of our organization's data. You will be responsible for analyzing, managing, and maintaining our data assets to support strategic decision-making and day-to-day operations.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, define data collection processes, and implement data management best practices. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and implementing data governance policies.

The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, highly analytical, and has a strong understanding of data management principles. You should have a proven track record of working with large datasets and have experience with data analysis and visualization tools. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Design and implement data collection processes and workflows
Develop and maintain data quality standards and metrics
Implement data governance policies and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data needs and requirements
Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations
Assist in the development and maintenance of data models and schemas
Participate in data integration and migration projects
Create and maintain documentation related to data management processes and procedures
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Proven experience as a Data Officer or similar role
Strong knowledge of data management principles and best practices
Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay Per Hour: £15.76
