We are seekinga seasoned Senior Data Analyst with oversix years of extensive experience to join our expanding Data team. As the SeniorData Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive data analysis,leveraging your expertise in Tableau togenerate actionable insights that drive strategic businessdecisions. A crucial aspect of this roleinvolves fostering strong stakeholder engagement, collaborating closely with various teamsto understand their data needs and providetailored solutions. Databricks experience is highly desirable, and candidates with proficiency in leadingsmall teams will be given preference.

- DataMastery : A trusted dataexpert, knowing what data is available, and which analyticaltechnique is most relevant, ranging from tableau dashboards throughto segmentations and root causeanalysis
- ImpactDriven: Passionate about impact, whetherunpacking the why, delivering optimal customer intelligence dataproducts or delivering powerful insights empowering theorganisation to be datadriven
- InsightfulStorytelling: Comfortablein “storytelling” and visualisation, delivering insights andrecommendations in a clear, relevant and action-oriented manner tosenior members of theorganisation
- TechnicalProject Leadership: Takingownership of the more complex projects, comfortable with ensuringright first time outputs on time employing best practiceprinciples. Oversee these from inception to completion with minimaloversight.
- TalentDevelopment: Actively coach and mentor morejunior data analysts. Foster a culture of innovation, bestpractices, and peer-review within theteam.
Abit aboutyou: - Minimum6 years hands-on experience as a DataAnalyst
- Excellentproblem solving skills and high levels ofcuriosity
- Deepexpertise in SQL andPython
- Experiencedwith advanced analytics techniques including modelling, andsegmentation
- Strongvisualisation skills including experience withTableau
- Experiencewith cloud-based data pipeline architectures (eg. Databricks) andplatforms (eg.AWS)
- Familiaritywith Git-based source control methodologies, including branchingand pullrequests
- Excellentcommunication and presentation skills with the ability to engagenon-technicalaudiences
- Proventrack record of translating complex technical findings intoactionable businessinsights
- Aself-starter, passionate about converting data into actionableinsights and businessvalue
- Adaptiveto fast-paced, high autonomyenvironments
- Eagerto contribute to a culture of growth andinnovation
- Degreeor equivalent in a relevant field, e.g Statistics,Mathematics
