PA to Director of Marketing

Are you an experienced PA/EA who is skilled at prioritisation, thinking ahead and taking initiative? Our client is seeking a fantastic candidate to support the Directors whilst overseeing the administration, diary management and event planning.

PA to Director of Marketing Responsibilities

• Extensive management of the diary, including scheduling all meetings, engagements, conference calls and travel, taking into account their degree of urgency
• Creation of allmeeting materials
• Planning and organising events, away days and offsite visits
• Communication across European teams
• General coordination and administrative support

PA to Director of Marketing Requirements

• The successful candidate will be a strong and confident EA/PA, with experience of complex diary management, travel and events.
• Accountability for managing key deadlines and proactively following up on any outstanding actions.
• You will have impeccable organisation and communication skills.
• Great attention to detail and maintaining data accuracy being paramount.
• Someone with a can-do attitude, solution driven and thrives in a busy and dynamic environment will be best suited to this role.

Location

Our client is located in Bicester (OX26). There is onsite parking and many public transport links. This role is working 40 hours a week, 9am - 6pm, and is fully-office based. Please only apply if you are local to Oxfordshire and are available for work at short notice.
