Job Introduction
In your role as Chef Manage r at Sodexo in The De Montfort School, Evesham, WR11 1DQ you will supervise the hospitality team at our esteemed school, making sure that our vibrant meals are served with a smile and that the kitchen and restaurant are operating efficiently. As the person your team looks to for guidance and support, you will have an impact on their day-to-day life and in turn, create a lively, productive work atmosphere. What you do :
- Supervising the arrangement and provision of hot and/or cold food from counters and steam tables
- Ensure that workstations and equipment are sanitised
- Supervise the restocking of food from counters and steam tables, as well as the breakdown of stations at the conclusion of service
What you bring :
- Capability to work for extended periods of time (up to 8 hours) in a standing position
- Professionalism, respect for others, and a positive attitude
- Fundamental food handling abilities
- Possess prior experience supervising staff.
