Job description

A client in Longfield seeks a temporary full time live in carer to help an elderly loved one with personal care and mobility for 1 week.

Working hours: Monday to Sunday full time with breaks; 84 hours per week

Duties include:

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the elderly client
• taking the client to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds as needed
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the elderly person manage their budget
• running errands
• getting to know the elderly person and their interests and needs
• ensuring the client is safe and comfortable

They require someone who has a valid UK Residence Permit. This is for temporary role and the candidate is expected to work for 1 week starting on the 8th to 14th of January 2024.
