You don't need to have years of experience or qualifications but you must be someone who is looking to make a positive impact on the school that caters to learners with SEND.
Teaching Assistant (TA) job role: - Supporting students with SEND.
- Supporting pupils with EHCPs.
- Supporting pupil's emotional and educational needs.
- Working with the class teacher to ensure pupil's learning and emotional needs are met.
- Helping to create a positive learning environment for the pupils.
Teaching Assistant (TA) Requirements: - Reliability is crucial in supporting our learners
- Have a can-do positive attitude
- Must be available 5 days a week 08:30 - 15:30
- Commutable to Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire.
