INCLUSIVE LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT (ILSA)

Actual annual salary: £14,886.75 - Salary Scale Point 5 (range 5-6)

Monday - Friday 8.25am – 3.00pm plus a 35-minute unpaid lunchbreak each day

Total hours – 30 per week. Term time only plus 3 additional days

We have an exciting opportunity for an ILSA within our Inclusive Learning Support team in a school judged by OFSTED as ‘Outstanding’ in all areas, a school where both student achievement and attitudes to learning are amongst the best in the region. We are looking for a colleague:

• to work as directed in supporting and enabling students with additional educational needs. 
• to work as a partnership with the teacher in the classroom to ensure students are able to achieve their personal best
• to report back to the Assistant Headteacher: Inclusion & Personalisation about student progress
