Reeson Education is currently seeking adaptable and compassionate Supply Teaching Assistants to join our team, offering flexible supply work across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 in the Wandsworth Borough. This is an excellent opportunity to work in lovely mainstream primary schools, supporting both general and special needs students. Supply is a great way of working around other commitments you may have such as College, University, childcare or anything else.

Suppy Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support as a Teaching Assistant across various year groups (EYFS, KS1, KS2).
• Adapt to different school environments and class settings.
• Offer 1:1 and group support to students with special needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive learning atmosphere.

Suppy Teaching Assistant Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work 1-5 days per week based on your availability.
• Experience in supporting students with special needs is beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
