Job description

We are currently seeking a Cook to work in the Magherafelt area within a respite service for adults with Learning Disability. We can offer an immediate start with shifts available Monday – Sunday 30 hours per week. This will be a temporary role lasting a minimum 3 months.

The hours of pay will be £11.11 per hour Monday to Friday, £15 per hour on a Saturday and £18.78 per hour on a Sunday!

What The Job Entails:

• Preparing and cooking set meals
• Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment.
• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications

What We Need From You:

• Must hold, or be willing to undertake, food hygiene training.
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced AccessNI check.
• Experience working as a cook would be advantageous.
