Ifsoan exciting opportunity has become available to join our Digestive Disease Unit at Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust as a Band 7 Sister/Charge Nurse. Person specification Skills Essential criteria Able to communicate sensitive information to patient Excellent communication skills Confident in change management Strong leadership abilities. Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Experience Essential criteria More than 3 years post registration experience to include Deputy ward sister/charge nurse experience within the last 12 months Experience in a management and leadership role Knowledge of clinical governance and its applications Experience of multi-professional working.
