Part time (0.5 – 0.6 FTE) to Full time (depending on other subjects taught)

Clifton High School is an academically selective, co-educational, independent day school for approximately 770 pupils aged 3-18 years. Situated on a beautiful Bristol site, our educational offering is underpinned by a strong pastoral and family ethos. We are seeking to appoint a strong linguist and enthusiastic, well-qualified teacher of German with a strong track record of teaching success to work within a thriving department. The successful candidate will bring the learning of languages to life through engaging lessons, educational visits abroad, competitions and a range of cultural activities. An ability to teach German to A level would be required.

This is a part time (0.5-0.6 FTE) position, but could be combined with  Teacher of Classics which we are currently recruiting for to make a full time role. If you are applying for both, please submit a single application form noting this.
