Job description

We are looking for a qualified, Senior FP&A or Commercial Finance professional, to join a privately owned IT Services Company as a Head of FP&A. Paying £80-100k, this position is based in Central London but is hybrid (2 days in the office and the remainder of the week at home). This role is a newly created position, in a new structure, managing a team and reporting directly into the CFO.

The Role

• Preparation of management accounts, utilisation reports, rate creation.
• Full P&L responsibility for all entities under your jurisdiction.
• Working closely with the operational team to ensure the right rates are in place and understanding the risk of fixed price contracts.
• Involvement in commercial transactions and dealing with suppliers/financers.
• Monthly reporting of revenue and gross margin by customer, deal, type
• Detailed bridging to forecast and budget.

Your Profile

• All applicants must be fully qualified.
• A background in FP&A would be ideal but candidates from commercial finance will also be considered.
• An appetite for creating change, challenging the status quo, and making improvements is a prerequisite.
• The ability to business partner, challenge and ask questions is essential.
