Wow Factor: We have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Facilities Assistant to join one of our clients, this is a great opportunity for someone looking for a new challenge. Do you have experience as within Facilities and looking for a new temporary position?
Role: Temporary Facilities Assistant
HOURS: 9am - 5.30pm
SALARY: £12 - £13 per hour
LOCATION: Chiswick
CULTURE: Professional, busy and friendly.
What you will be doing…
- Meeting and greeting all clients and visitors
- Management of meetings rooms including diary schedule, set-up and clearing
- Liaising with building management to organise fobs for employees
- Carried out Health and Safety daily walks to ensure the environment is safe, secure and welcoming
- Calling appropriate host upon visitor arrival and escorting the guest to meeting rooms
- Management of all incoming/outgoing post and booking couriers
- Ordering of office supplies including stationery, drinks, refreshments
- Assisting with the organisation of office social functions and restaurant bookings
- Deal with facilities including liaising with building management
- Liaise with housekeeping to keep the offices in good order
- Raising purchase orders for all Facilities
- Ad-hoc duties upon request
Person Specification…
- Well organised and proactive with a strong eye for detail
- Immaculate presentation and communication skills
- Excellent IT knowledge, particularly Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are a must) and Microsoft Teams
- Confident, polite and professional at all times
- Flexibility and a willingness to undertake varied responsibilities working alone or as part of a team
