Job description
In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our customer service excellence. You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of customer resolution Co-Ordinators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement, and driving exceptional customer experiences.
The position, which is initially for a 12-month period, will require the successful candidate to lead, coach and mentor a team of customer resolution co-ordinators, providing regular feedback and guidance to optimise performance and address performance issues where necessary
In addition to the above you will assist the Customer Manager in managing all contact received into the organisation, and ensuring the correct delivery of our services to our customers.
Your contract will be a flexible 36 hours to cover our service hours Monday to Friday 08.00 – 20.00 plus an addition of 1 Saturday per month.
