Nursery Manager – Early Years

£40,000 – £45,000 + benefits
Remit
Compass Associates are excited to be working with a small Nursery Group who are looking for nursery manager to lead their service in Aylesbury. This is a full-time position, which does require flexibility across the week to meet the needs of the company. We are looking for candidates who are currently working as a nursery manager capacity, knowledge of Ofsted.
Within this role you will be responsible for the overall running of the service and provide clear frameworks of multi-disciplinary working and will work towards KPI's, budgets and ensure optimum use of resources to work towards financial targets. Management of staff, recruitment, development and performance will also fall within your remit.
Requirements
– Management experience within nurseries
– Up to date knowledge of EYFS framework and regulations
– Minimum level 3 qualification in Childcare such as EYE, NVQ, NNEB, CACHE or recognised equivalent
– Budget & Performance management
– Ofsted, governance, and compliance
Location
This position is based in Aylesbury and is commutable from Thame, Oxford, Quainton and surrounding areas.
