It is these qualities that have developed a very effective, fun, enjoyable, collaborative board dynamic which promotes discussion, challenge, new ideas, and individual accountability but all ultimately with the ethos of making the decisions that are best for the business and its future. As well as taking on the core responsibilities of running well performing finance and IT teams, it is expected you will be pro-actively involved and influential in operational and commercial areas of the company. You will act as a true business partner not only to the board, but to all aspects of the business where finance can add value to decision making, helping it make the right calls, the right considered investments and ultimately to help enable and drive top and bottom line growth.With supportive PE backers and a credible, well defined growth plan, Camira is looking to deliver a successful corporate event in the medium term that will provide a strong return for investors and shareholders alike. The CFO will clearly be fundamental in helping execute this transaction and so prior experience in a PE backed business/sale process/M & A is highly desired, as is strong experience working in a complex manufacturing business - perhaps even with a similar multi-site and/or international footprint.
