In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the self-sufficiency of our maintenance team. Collaborating closely with the Departmental Manager and Team Leaders, you'll take charge of first-line maintenance, repairs, and servicing of our factory assets, which include injection moulding machines and ancillary equipment. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of vital tasks, including health and safety awareness, adherence to engineering and maintenance standards, maintenance performance, process control, risk assessment, and planned maintenance. Your adeptness at fault finding and problem-solving will be put to good use as you identify replacement parts and work towards the most cost-effective solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to meet our business priorities and maintain a safe, clean, and tidy work area.
