Job description
The purpose of the job is to be a key member of the Commercial Team, as Site management of newly built industrial units in Gloucestershire.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the team in providing a high-quality property management service to new clients coming into the site.
- Providing an effective general property management service, including (without limitation):
- Property database maintenance including proactive marketing, where required
- Viewings of units with potential tenants
- Administration
- Health and Safety compliance
- Site maintenance
- Developing good professional relationships with the client and their tenants, ensuring that recipients of our services receive a great customer experience.
- Supporting the Commercial Team to implement efficient processes and ensure best practice.
- Preparing reports and attending meetings with the client and team, leading updates on projects being undertaken by you.

- Clean driving licence and access to a car.
- Property management experience or management level experience.
