CBRE Portfolio Services - EMEA Sales & Solutions Director
CBRE’s Enterprise Global Services is recruiting an EMEA Sales & Solutions Director to join our Portfolio Services team; that is recognized as the industry leader in global lease administration services.
Reporting into the Global Head of Sales & Solutions - Portfolio Services, this senior position will partner closely with our regional Head of EMEA Portfolio Services, to lead all solutioning activities from RFP to award. The successful candidate will focus on developing innovative and industry leading solutions that thoughtfully align to client needs, requirements, and scope of work to help clients accelerate outcomes and meet their strategic priorities.
The ideal candidate possesses expertise in lease administration for the EMEA region, strong client presence and communication skills, technological adeptness, and knowledge of the corporate real estate outsourcing industry. The ability to thrive and make sound decisions in a fast-paced and demanding environment, with multiple conflicting priorities and project deadlines is a must. This includes the ability to quickly pivot strategies when necessary and maintain a sense of urgency without compromising the quality of solutions. This position often involves tight timelines, competitive pressures, and rapidly evolving project dynamics, so the ability to maintain composure under pressure is an essential attribute for success in this role.
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant and applicable experience. Occasional business travel required (est. 5% target).
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales leadership to understand client real estate challenges and objectives, offering tailored Portfolio Services solutions that drive operational efficiencies and financial gains.
Develop and execute comprehensive solutions aligned to client objectives, staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Act as the service line thought leader to ensure effective sales and solutioning efforts are being driven to prospective clients, while working in tandem with the Solutions Excellence team, account teams, Advisory & Transactions specialists, and Subject Matter Experts across the CBRE organization.
Lead and be accountable for the overall Portfolio Services strategy and enablement in solution design efforts including costing and client-facing pricing that align with mandated business margin expectations.
Intersect with the Commercial and Service Line functions to complete client specific proforma’s including thoughts specific, but not limited towards staffing, pricing, and quantified risk.
Engage in internal and client facing discovery sessions to interpret client requirements; to understand and interpret their current processes, technical environment, and key business issues/drivers.
Represent the business in formal client presentations, as the SME in Portfolio Services.
Play the primary leadership role in the development of written RFI/RFP responses for Portfolio Services, clearly defining all operating model requirements and articulating the developed CBRE value proposition.
Prepare commercial/contract documentation, following defined business guardrails, and obtaining necessary approvals.
Assist in the hand-off of new customers from Sales to Transition and Operations teams.
Provide feedback to Portfolio Services Leadership on the competitive landscape, and new feature requests and product enhancements from the new prospect client base.
