Hybrid (2 - 3 Days in the Office)

Based: Stockton on Tees

Permanent Role

Implement, maintain & support on-premises and infrastructure systems.
Manage monitoring and optimisation of the infrastructure platforms.
Review capacity requirements and manage capacity.
Document and maintain configuration for the design, configuration, routines, processes and tools of ICT estate.
Identify areas for improvement. Recommend solutions based on the analysis of business requirements and follow defined best practice guidelines and frameworks eg ITIL.
Ensure that IT continuity plans, technology and tools safeguard data integrity, security and access.
