Croda pridesitself on delivering excellent service to its customers and as part of thiscommitment, we are looking to recruit a Global Process Owner, on a 12-month fixed term contract, to identify andimplement improvements in our end-to-end supply chain processes. Reporting tothe Head of Business Excellence, you will have a high level of autonomy toown global business processes and software tools across customer careprocesses through the order to cash cycle, leading a global group of processleads and specialists to ensure we deliver customer care excellence at everyinteraction.

This is anexcellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer care tonetwork globally and empower users by providing advice, guidance andmentoring to regional customer care teams. In this role you will manage crossfunctional, regional and sector expectations on objectives, KPIs and successcriteria for operating an effective customer care that is business led andregionally delivered. You will develop and implement global procedures,training and performance monitoring to drive a formalised continuousimprovement cycle that includes people, process, data and technology.

• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
• A passionate customer service leader
• Highly competent in process mapping, service design and continuous improvement (good logic and an eye for detail)
• Expertin the SAP CRM and ERP environment , with a passion for driving digitalisation initiatives
• Background in customer experience management
• Commercially minded
• Prior experience of leading projects aimed at driving value generation
• Enjoys implementing change and managing conflict within a highly entrepreneurial culture
• Strategic global perspective
• Collaborative and solutions orientated individual who can balance creativity and innovation with delivery
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to motivate cross cultural teams at all levels of the organisation, whilst building relationships with customers and relevant industry bodies
