Job description
Robert Half are pleased to be partnering exclusively with an organisation based in Oxford to recruit a Part Time FP&A Analyst. This will be 0.6 FTE (potentially negotiable). The FP&A Analyst will receive a salary of up to £60,000 along with other attractive benefits including a hybrid remote working system and a bonus. This business is super flexible and the working hours can be made up to work around life outside of work e.g., school hours.
This is a newly created role due to growth.
Primary responsibilities -
- Collaborate with Finance and operational teams to develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, review variances, and identify trends to provide actionable recommendations for cost control and revenue optimisation.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, ensuring clear and concise communication to key stakeholders.
- Monitor key financial metrics, such as revenue, overheads, profitability, and realisation providing insightful analysis to support business performance evaluations.
- Develop and maintain financial models, tools, and dashboards to facilitate effective financial analysis, planning, and reporting processes.
- Support investment analysis, including evaluation of potential projects, financial feasibility studies, and ROI calculations.
- Collaborate with project managers and business development teams to develop pricing models, perform profitability analysis, and provide financial insights for business proposals.
