Puro Accountancy are delighted to be supporting an independent firm of accountants and business advisers based in Dublin. Due to the ongoing growth, our client is now recruiting an audit senior to join the team!
The role:
- Create client accounts following accounting standards
- Compile comprehensive client audit files while adhering to auditing standards
- Prepare accurate client tax returns, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation
- Generate necessary financial reports for client assignments as required
- Deliver technical training to junior staff on accounts preparation, auditing, and taxation processes
About you:
- Demonstrated excellence in a comparable role, showcasing both professional and technical expertise.
- Possessing a Chartered Accountant qualification.
- Profound understanding and application of Audit and Accounting standards and legislation.
- Extensive experience in conducting meticulous financial audits and ensuring full regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial data analysis, adept at identifying and addressing discrepancies.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to effectively convey audit findings to stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and precision in executing audit procedures.
- Proficiency in utilizing a wide range of audit software and tools.
- Highly collaborative, with a proven ability to work effectively within a team and to lead audit teams when required.
