St Anne’s is a transition flat scheme for young adults aged between 18-25.
Most of us are in our first homes at St Annes House and we need support with managing day to day activities and tasks, emotional wellbeing and mental health. We have a staff team who are trained in understanding everyone’s needs and disabilities to provide the best support.

Our Home
St Anne's 1 is a 2 story bock of 5 flats on Katherine Street which is on the main road with great public transport links. We have our own communal garden We live next door to St Ann's 2 the sister service There is a secure car park to the rear of the building.Other information
There could be 2/3 staff on shift at one time Shift could look like: 10:00am-22:30pm, 10:00am-18:00pm, 10:00am-21:00pm or Sleep in shift into a 7:00am-10:00am No qualifications or experience necessary but having some knowledge would be beneficial. All training will be provided and this will be a mix of E-learning and face-to-face If you are looking to gain qualifications, there are certainly opportunities we can discuss!
We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience.
