The Role of Group Financial Controller
Reporting to the part time Finance Director, your duties will include but not limited to:
- Day to day management of the finance function of 10
- Financial lead on leadership team meetings
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Monthly management accounts including the month end close process:
o Closing the sub–ledgers
o Flash reporting
o Accruals and prepayments
o Month end balance sheet reconciliations
o Fixed assets
- Group cash forecasting and management, including group financing arrangements
- Completion and submission of the quarterly VAT returns and other statutory compliance
- Preparing and submitting the annual statutory account and associated tax filings
- Leading the roll out of the new ERP system
The Candidate for Group Financial Controller
- Qualified Accountant from big 4 background or similar
- Experience in a SAAS Business
- Experience of a PE backed business.
- Self–motivation and being a team player are essential
- Good man manager
- Experience of ERP system implementation
- You may be a controller in a c 10 million turnover business or a Financial Accountant in a larger one.
