Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and creative Art lessons to students.
• Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the needs, abilities, and interests of students.
• Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to explore and express their artistic talents.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote cross-curricular initiatives and extra-curricular activities.
• Provide guidance and support to students in their creative endeavors.
• Stay up-to-date with current teaching practices and subject knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Art Education or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an Art teacher, preferably in a primary/secondary education setting.
• Strong knowledge of Art curriculum and instructional methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Genuine passion for teaching and promoting creativity in education.
