Job description
To support the Head of Organisational Development to develop and promote the vision and strategic direction of the Robins volunteering service both internally and with partner Responsible for standardising the Robins Volunteering offer in line with other managed volunteer services across the health board. The post holder will manage the service across the health board, to ensure that our volunteers have meaningful roles and a positive volunteer experience, working closely with managers, staff, and other key stakeholders. The post holder will have overall management responsibility for the planning, recruitment and deployment of Robin volunteers across the health board, working closely with key stakeholders to identify requirements and develop roles in partnership. Engage, consult and involve our volunteers in the work of BCUHB and actively seek their participation and feedback in order to help services improve. Responsible for ensuring adequate monitoring and evaluation processes are in place to ensure that volunteers continue to receive supervision, training/induction and support.
