About Our Client
My client is a multi-service national property consultancy which operates throughout the UK.
Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Control of Purchase and sales Ledger
- Managing month end processes for Purchase and Sales Ledger
- Ownership of bad debt process
- Ownership of credit control process
- Ownership of Bank reconciliation
- Training and supporting Finance Admin staff
- Provide Divisional heads with debtor reporting.
- Working with Finance Director and/or Management Accountant with Process Improvements
- Assist in the Annual Audit
- Identify and address discrepancies
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will need the following skills:
- Proven experience working in a similar role
- Experience with accounting software (Sage Intacct would be beneficial but not necessary)
- Strong Organisational skills and attention to detail
- Desire to work as part of a team not an individual
- Part Qualified or Qualified by experience
