Up to £30k

I am delighted to be working with a leading construction firm to recruit a new HR Advisor based in their Magherafelt office. Working in a fast-paced generalist role, no two days will be the same. With duties including:

• Management of end-to-end recruitment process.
• Supporting and advising management on HR issues.
• Development of HR Policies and Procedures.
• Managing short- & long-term absences.
• CR activities.
• Employee communications.

About you:

• 2 years of HR experience.
• HR Degree or CIPD Level 5.
• Full, clean UK driving license.
