Contentious Trusts and Probate Senior Associate , Bournemouth 

You : 
You will have 7+ PQE and have trained and gained experience ideally gained in a city or a large regional firm.  You will also have excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients or other external professionals.

The role :
The firm are looking for a talented individual with contentious trusts and probate experience to join a high profile team. Typical caseload would relate to all aspects of contentious probate and trusts, powers of attorney disputes, 1975 Act claims and extends to Court of Protection matters and statutory wills. You can expect to act on behalf of private individuals, trustees, executors, deputies and attorneys in relation to a range of contentious matters.

As well as being responsible for handling your own matters, you will assist both senior and junior members of the team.  This is a close knit team, so finding the right person to join, is as important as having the right legal skills.

The firm have succession planning in mind here and would also welcome applications from partner level solicitors.
