Fixed Term, Full Time
£10,187 per annum rising to £20,104 per annum on the second year
Location: Chelmsford

The Role:
People Operations sits within the People and Transformation function, to influence both the customer and employee experience in a key area of employee engagement. Working collaboratively across P&T and the wider Council, People Operations proactively supports our workforce and the embedding of our People Plan. Providing a comprehensive service, the team is investing in new technology to better support our users and enable an empowered self-service and support function for Essex County Council (ECC).
The Recruitment Consultant Apprentice will work with the recruitment team, supporting with the day-to-day recruitment activity for the external services team, working in partnership with our clients to provide a tailored and bespoke service to meet their needs. Contributing to the attraction of temporary and permanent talent, with the objective of supporting ECC's ambition to directly hire our own talent and maximise cost saving opportunities.
This role presents an opportunity to learn, whilst working towards a professional qualification.
