Are you looking for that ideal role, working term time only, supporting Lecturers to deliver an outstanding learning experience to our engaged Hospitality students?
As our Hospitality Assistant, you will support our students and staff in the training restaurants and kitchens in the College. Our student training restaurants are open to the public, with Café 19 which offers breakfasts, homemade soup, freshly baked cakes and pastries and more and the fully licensed 64 Restaurant and Bar which offers a seasonal a la carte menu. Duties of the Hospitality Assistant include maintaining the kitchen environment to a high level of cleanliness and supporting safe working practices. You will maintain food safety records, assist with ordering kitchen stock and keeping all areas hygienic and safe.

Previous hospitality experience would be beneficial and knowledge of food hygiene would advantageous. Our Hospitality Assistant will enjoy working in a training environment, where a supportive attitude will be required for all of the students.
