We are seeking to recruit a dynamic Band 6 practitioner.

Do you have a desire to support an established and dynamic Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team?

We are looking to recruit skilled and highly motivated practitioners to join us as Band 6 Urgent Care Practitioners in the CRHTT, working closely with the acute mental healthhospital and community teams to support people in a mental health crisis. CRHT are able to offer all the benefits of a hospital admission whilst remaining at home, including home visits from our experienced multi- disciplinary team.. We are committed to a focused recovery model. This post involves 7 day week 365 days per year working on a rota basis.

This post offers a incentive, or a Relocation package up to a maximum of £4000 (pro rata applies and subject to terms and conditions).

You will be an excellent communicator, demonstrating empathy and facilitating an inclusive and collaborative environment and assessment to those service users accessing CRHT services with a particular focus on:

This is an exciting and dynamic role that offers the opportunity for development and implementation of high-quality services. Previous experience of working in acute services or home treatment teams is desirable, although not essential. We offer excellent staff support through clinical supervision and teamwork.

This service is integral to our Urgent Care Pathway and ensures people presenting to acute mental health services receive a compassionate, person- centred assessment and timely care plan.
