Job description
An established and well-known full-service law firm based in Bedfordshire is looking for a property litigation Legal Secretary to join its growing litigation team. Previous legal secretary experience is required, but experience in property litigation law is not required as the partner is happy to train and develop the successful candidate.
Your duties will cover a wide spectrum of standard legal secretary tasks and include:
- Dictation and minute taking for a busy property litigation solicitor
- Efficient diary management, ensuring smooth operations and planning for the team
- Undertaking basic property litigation paralegal work
- Providing solid and dependable support to an existing property litigation law team, ensuring that all tasks are handled in a timely and professional manner
Who We're Looking For:
- Our ideal candidate is an experienced legal secretary with outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills
- You should be confident in your ability to support a busy team and handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Familiarity with property litigation is a plus, but not a requirement
- More importantly, we're looking for an adaptable, team player with a genuine interest in property litigation
