Job description
We are looking for a dynamic, inspirational teacher who is excited and inspired by Math and seeking an opportunity to become a valued leader. The successful candidate will lead on Math and one further whole school area. They will support the school’s senior leadership team in the strategic leadership of the school.
As a Leader of Teaching and Learning with responsibility for Math and one further whole school area, the successful candidate will be able to:
· Support whole school development
· Raise & sustain standards in Math.
· Embed and extend our use of Math Mastery across the school.
· Make a significant contribution to the quality of Math teaching and learning in the school.
· Be a role model of outstanding primary practice and subject leadership.
· Develop our curriculum to spark pupils’ imagination and inspire a love of learning for Math.
· Build partnerships to develop Math across the school, with local partners and beyond.
Oliver Goldsmith Primary School is a successful and oversubscribed two-form entry Primary School with its own nursery.
