Premises Assistant
Pentland Field School Ickenham UB10 8TS
Monday – Friday; 31.5 hours per week / 52 weeks per year
Scale 3 p5-6 £23,651.25
Plus, occasional extra hours / weekend work as required

We are looking to appoint a friendly, capable and organised Premises Assistant to support the Premises Manager with the maintenance, repair and security of our school site.
Pentland Field has nearly 170 pupils aged 4-19, with a range of learning difficulties. Some pupils may also have additional social, emotional and behavioural needs, an Autistic Spectrum Condition, or have complex social and communication difficulties.
We would welcome applications from candidates who have significant experience or skills in a trade, are competent at basic building repairs and maintenance. Equally, you may be a competent and enthusiastic DIY-er, with relevant handyman experience. You are enthusiastic and flexible by nature, and willing to participate fully in the life of a special school. In this fast paced environment, you will need to be someone who remains calm and composed under pressure.
