Job description
CMA HR Division are assisting a reputable values and people driven business based in Portsmouth to recruit a HR Manager to head up their employee relations support team on an permanent basis. Reporting to the HR Director the role is a key member of the HR team with clear development and progression opportunities within the business.
Proven experience in a Senior generalist HR role ideally CIPD qualified with Team management experience. Sound experience in complex employee relations. Experience of working in a commercial fast pace sector. Commitment to high standards and an unwavering attention to detail.
