Join Our Team and Enhance Your Skills in Complex Clinical Care
We're on the lookout for experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our new team in the Scunthorpe region, where we're providing outstanding homecare to several service users in the area.
We specialise in the delivery of complex clinical care and each of our service users have varying needs and requests, from personal care, moving and handling and medication administration, to supporting clinical interventions such as Tracheostomy Care, Ventilation Management and PEG Care.
We don’t require you to be skilled in the delivery of clinical interventions as our highly skilled team of Registered Nurses will provide full training on clinical competencies which are tailored to each of our individual service users.
All we ask is that you have at least 3 months care experience, are flexible and adaptable and have a genuine passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others.
We can offer Full Time and Part Time positions covering:
You must be able to commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week.
We have recently boosted our pay rates and provide competitive hourly rates as below:
Please note, the above rates are applicable following successful completion of shadowing, which is paid at £11.50 per hour.
An example of an annual salary based on 2 x 12-hour day shifts = £17,472 - £18,720 per annum
An example of an annual salary based on 2 x 12-hour night shifts = £18,096 - £18, 720 per annum
