Job description
I am pleased to be leading the recruitment of a Head of Fundraising for The Way Youth Zone based in Wolverhampton. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Chief Executive, senior leadership team and the board of trustees to help The Way Youth Zone fulfil its vision of being a safe and inspiring place where all young people in Wolverhampton can connect and flourish.
Leading a team of three, you will ensure the £l.3million fundraising target is met, which will rise to £l.5miIIion in year three. You will build a sustainable funding model that prioritises multi-year partnerships, developing personalised stewardship programmes for existing donors, including high net worth individuals (HNWIs), trusts and corporate partners.

Salary: £50,000-£55,000
