Job description

What you will do in your working day

• Provide technical advice and direction to internal and external customers
• Apply detailed technical knowledge within an area of expertise and manage
  sensitive, detailed case or project based work
• Analyse problems to determine the best solution
• Input into projects and work with other technical experts

The training you will be getting

• Level 3 ICT apprenticeship standard delivered via virtual learning platform sessions.
• With support from specialist trainers and 121 skills coach and our learning platform "Aptem" complete learning on program. IT Vendor training will also be provided.
