Join our team at HMP and YOI Fosse Way, the brand-new resettlement prison in Leicester, and become a part of the Government's investment in creating modern and innovative prison places to truly rehabilitate prisoners.
As a Detail Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the establishment has the correct daily operational staffing levels in synchronisation with the most relevant staff profiles. You will find effective solutions to the operational difficulties that may present themselves and communicate and work in unison with the Training Coordinator to ensure the mandatory and desired training programs are scheduled/planned on a rolling basis.
You will act as a central point of contact for colleagues who may seek advice and/or guidance on shift patterns, annual leave, TOIL, overtime, etc. and support and cover the Central Detail Administrator's role when necessary.
What you will need
To be successful, you must have a good knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages, including work, access, and excel. You must also possess excellent administration skills and have previous experience in rostering and shift management.
