Private Client Associate - 1-4 PQE - National firm - Worcester
A leading Worcester based firm, who have grown exponentially over the last few years, are looking for an Associate to join their Wills, Trusts and Estates Planning team.
The successful candidate will be required to lead on all matters and work allocated to them to a standard expected for the corresponding level of experience and qualification held by the post holder. You will also be required to work independently on matters seeking expert and/or external advice where appropriate.
Candidate requirements:
· Experienced in and confident in applying all basic legal principles within practice area
· Able to complete files (from start to finish) with minimal supervision
· Keep up to date with developments within the law and shares knowledge with others
· Able to advise clients on most matters within practice area independently
· Able to draft documents from scratch as well as using appropriate precedents
· Successfully supervise and train others in the basic concepts relevant to practice area and delegates tasks appropriately
· Actively participate in a range of departmental and firm-wide marketing activities and events
