Title: Scrum Master

Location: Liverpool, Hybrid 1-2 days a week onsite

Salary: Up to £75,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits

Brief Overview:

Forsyth Barnes have partnered with a leading construction organisation that operates in the construction, infrastructure, and industrial markets. This is an exciting time to join the organisation as they are in the process of starting a 5-year digital transformation programme which includes 30 x different workstreams. As part of their transformation, they are moving from a Project model to a Product Model so are searching for multiple experienced Scrum Master to aid this change and secure successful delivery.

Scrum Master Requirements:

• Well established Scrum Master with over 10 years Scrum Experience, at least 5 as Scrum Master
• Demonstrable experience influencing and managing senior stakeholders through problematic situations using data and logic to drive decision-making
• Experience working in cross-functional squads, with end-to-end experience of the product development lifecycle
• Ecommerce or Dynamics Experience is highly desirable but not essential
