Corporate Associate- Manchester- 2-5 PQE

My client are looking for a Corporate Associate (2-5 year PQE) to join their reputable Legal 500 law firm with a distinguished track record of providing a top quality service for their well-renowned clients and a strong presence in the legal industry. It's a really exciting time to join a team that thrives on challenges, embraces innovation, and works on high-profile and complex corporate matters that shape the business landscape.

Your work will span a broad range of high quality corporate transactional work including private equity, shareholder and investment agreements, joint venture arrangements, restructures and more, within a variety of interesting sectors.
